Returns the hourly Dutch electricity and gas market prices for one day from Frank Energie: for each hour the market price, the tax on it, the sourcing markup and the energy tax, all in euro per kWh (electricity) or per cubic metre (gas), with the hour's start and end in UTC. Give the date as YYYY-MM-DD. Today and tomorrow (once published) have prices; a past date returns empty lists; a date beyond the published prices is refused as a bad request.
