Daily reference exchange rates for a currency pair: the newest 1 to 90 days, or the rate on one exact past date. 30 currencies (`from` and `to` must differ). Rates are European Central Bank reference rates, newest first; weekends and holidays carry the previous working day or are absent. They are not a bank or card-network quote. FXpeek data, passed through unmodified and served by Eden Engine; not an official FXpeek product.
