Norwegian Property Parcels Near a Point (Kartverket)

Find the Norwegian cadastral parcels (matrikkel teiger) within a radius of a coordinate, nearest first: each hit gives municipality number, gnr/bnr (and fnr, snr), the parcel text such as 207/157, the distance in metres from the point, a flag for the main area, the positional accuracy class, the update date and the parcel's representative point. Parcel identifiers and coordinates only, no owner data. Coordinates default to ETRS89 latitude/longitude (EPSG 4258); use nord for latitude/northing and ost for longitude/easting. Field names are Norwegian, as the register has them. Only points in Norway return parcels; elsewhere the list is empty.
