Lists the data sources behind the Kartverket elevation service with a short Norwegian description of each: dtm1 (terrain model, 1 metre resolution), dom1 (surface model, 1 metre), dybdekurver (sea depths interpolated from depth curves, not suitable for navigation), hoydekurver (heights interpolated from height curves) and innsjohoyde (lake surface heights). The ids are the values the `datakilde` field of an elevation answer can take. Takes no input; the answer is a short fixed list of about 540 bytes, returned under `results`. Includes data from Kartverket under CC BY 4.0. Served by Eden Engine; not an official Kartverket product.
