Neighbouring Municipalities of a Norwegian Municipality by Number

The Norwegian municipalities (kommuner) that border one municipality, from its four digit number, for example 4601 (Bergen) returns Alver, Vaksdal, Osterøy and the others it touches. Each neighbour has number and name. A number that is not a municipality arrives as a validation error.
