Search Norwegian Municipalities by Name: Number, County, Bounding Box and Centre Point

Searches the Norwegian municipalities (kommuner) by name: an exact name such as Bergen, or a wildcard such as Sør* or *vik (a * stands for any characters; at least two other characters are required). Returns antallTreff and, for each match, municipality number and name, county, valid names, bounding box (GeoJSON Polygon, longitude first), a representative point and the Sami administrative area flag. A name with no wildcard must match exactly. A search that matches nothing arrives as a validation error.
