Ground Elevation at a Longitude and Latitude (IGN Géoplateforme)
geopf/elevation-point
Ground elevation, in metres, at one longitude and latitude, from the Géoplateforme (IGN) altimetry service and its ign_rge_alti_wld resource. Returns the point echoed back with its elevation `z` (-99999 means no elevation data at that point, for example outside the coverage) and an `acc` text describing the accuracy source. Longitude and latitude are decimal degrees (WGS 84). Data from the Géoplateforme, Licence Ouverte 2.0 (Etalab), or the dataset's own licence where it states one, passed through unmodified and served by Eden Engine; not an official IGN product.
