French Reverse Geocoding: Nearest Address to a Coordinate (IGN Géoplateforme)
geopf/reverse-geocode
Reverse geocodes a point in France with the Géoplateforme (IGN) geocoder: returns the nearest addresses as GeoJSON points, each with the normalised address label, postcode, commune name and INSEE code, department and region context, and the distance in metres from the point. A point with no address nearby returns an empty list. Covers France. Data from the Géoplateforme, Licence Ouverte 2.0 (Etalab), or the dataset's own licence where it states one, passed through unmodified and served by Eden Engine; not an official IGN product.
Price
$0.0026 per call
You pay the price shown. If a call turns out to cost more than its quote, you pay the actual price, capped at twice the quote. No monthly minimum. Top-ups start at $5.
Data source
Source: IGN / Géoplateforme (cartes.gouv.fr), Licence Ouverte 2.0 (Etalab); where a dataset states another licence, that licence applies. Served by Eden Engine; not an official IGN product.
