Normalize and Geocode an Argentine Address (Georef AR)

georefar/normalize-address

Normalizes a free-text Argentine street address (for example Av. Corrientes 1000) into street, number, department, statistical locality and province with official ids, and gives its latitude and longitude. Without a province hint the same street name can match in several provinces, so up to `max` candidates are returned; give a province or department to narrow them. A text that matches nothing returns an empty list. Georef AR data licensed CC BY 4.0, passed through unmodified and served by Eden Engine; not an official Georef AR product.
