Converts a British National Grid (OSGB36) easting and northing, in metres, to WGS84 latitude and longitude, to five decimal places. For example easting 530000 and northing 180000 is 51.50399, -0.12836 in central London. Easting runs 0 to 999999 and northing 0 to 1999999; only values inside the British grid (about 0 to 700000 east, 0 to 1300000 north) land on the map of Britain.
