Ghana StatsBank: Read a Statistical Table with Its Default Selection

Reads one statistical table from the Ghana Statistical Service StatsBank and returns it as JSON-stat 2.0: the dimensions with their category labels and the figures in row-major order. It returns the table's default selection of each variable (for example every month and the three inflation indicators of the consumer price index table), not a custom slice. Missing figures are null. Find table paths with the folder browser; a path the StatsBank does not know is refused as invalid input, and a table's default selection is returned whole (measured 1 KB to 62 KB).
