Fetch one GovData dataset record by its name or id (both appear in the search results): title, description, publishing organisation, licence id and licence title, author, maintainer, dates, tags, and the list of resources with their format and download links. The links are returned as given; this tool does not fetch or proxy the files. The licence is chosen by each dataset's publisher and is empty on many records, so check it before reuse.
