Finds the Polish cadastral parcel (dzialka ewidencyjna) at a WGS 84 longitude and latitude: its full identifier, parcel number, voivodeship, county, commune, cadastral precinct and bounding box. A point with no parcel (sea, outside Poland, no cadastre data) returns found false. Data from the Polish national geodesy office GUGiK (ULDK), passed through and served by Eden Engine; not an official GUGiK product.
