Polish Address Points on a Street or in a Village (GUGiK)

Lists every address point on one Polish street, or every address point of a locality that has no streets, from the official address register of the Polish Head Office of Geodesy and Cartography (GUGiK). Each point carries the house number, postal code, city, street, the TERYT, SIMC and ULIC ids and its coordinates in EPSG:2180 (PUWG 1992, metres, as strings). Needs the locality id (SIMC) and, for a street, the street id (ULIC), both returned by the address geocoder. Data from the GUGiK Universal Geocoding Service (Poland), passed through unmodified and served by Eden Engine; not an official GUGiK product.
