Polish National Road Kilometre Marker Position (GUGiK)

Finds the position of a kilometre marker on a Polish national road from the register of the Polish Head Office of Geodesy and Cartography (GUGiK): give the road number and the marker number and receive the point in EPSG:2180 (PUWG 1992, metres, as strings). A road or marker that does not exist returns no results. Data from the GUGiK Universal Geocoding Service (Poland), passed through unmodified and served by Eden Engine; not an official GUGiK product.
