GUS Knowledge Databases Variable Data: Values by Section, Year and Period (Statistics Poland)

Returns the data values of one variable in one section for one year and one period of Statistics Poland's Knowledge Databases, paged: one row per combination of dimension positions with the value (`wartosc`), its precision, its unit id and the no-value and flag codes. Period ids: 247 to 258 are January to December, 270 to 273 the four quarters, 278 and 279 the half-years, 282 the full year. Decode position ids with GUS DBW Section Positions. A year or period with no data is refused. Statistics Poland data under CC BY 4.0, served by Eden Engine; not an official Statistics Poland product.
