Searches Costa Rica's Catalogo de Bienes y Servicios (CABYS), the product and service classification used on electronic invoices, by description text. For each match: the 13-digit code, the description in Spanish, the classification path and the tax rate (a percentage such as 13). You choose how many matches to return, 1 to 50, and the response reports the total number of matches. The text needs at least 3 characters and is matched against Spanish descriptions; nothing matching returns an empty list. Data from the Ministerio de Hacienda de Costa Rica, passed through unmodified and served by Eden Engine; not an official Ministerio de Hacienda product.
