Looks up one taxpayer in the Costa Rican Ministerio de Hacienda registry by identification number (cedula, 9 to 12 digits): registered name, identification type, tax regime, tax standing (delinquent and non-filer flags, registration status, administering tax office) and the economic activities on file, in Hacienda's own JSON. The standing is a registry record and does not change in real time. Lookup is by identification number only; there is no name search. Records of natural persons name the individual, so handle them under the data-protection rules that apply to you. A malformed identification, or one that is well formed but not in the registry, returns a validation error. Data from the Ministerio de Hacienda de Costa Rica, passed through unmodified and served by Eden Engine; not an official Ministerio de Hacienda product.
