HDX Dataset Details: Licence, Source and Files of One Dataset (Humanitarian Data Exchange)

Returns one Humanitarian Data Exchange (HDX) dataset by its name (the last part of its page address, for example republique-democratique-du-congo-cas-et-deces-d-ebola): full record: title, description, source organisation (dataset_source), licence (license_id, license_title, license_url), methodology, update frequency, data period, tags and its files (resources, each with name, format, description and download url). Only datasets under an open licence are returned (cc-by-igo, cc-by, cc-by-sa, hdx-odc-odbl, hdx-odc-by, hdx-pddl, other-pd-nr). A dataset under Multiple Licenses, Other or any other licence, and an unknown name, both return count 0 and an empty results list. Take the name from the HDX dataset search tool. Share-alike and ODbL licences oblige you to carry the licence notice. Returns metadata and file links, not the files. Data from the Humanitarian Data Exchange and its contributing organisations, passed through unmodified and served by Eden Engine; not an official Humanitarian Data Exchange product.
