The list of licences that datasets on the Humanitarian Data Exchange (HDX) can carry: each licence's id (as used in a dataset's license_id), title, the URL of its legal text where one exists, and the platform's conformance flags. Takes no input. Several entries have an empty URL (for example Multiple Licenses and Other), meaning the dataset's own page states the terms; the HDX dataset search and details tools serve only open-licensed datasets and never those two. Flag values are the strings True and False. Data from the Humanitarian Data Exchange, passed through unmodified and served by Eden Engine; not an official Humanitarian Data Exchange product.
