The financial institutions that filed Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) data for a state, county or metropolitan area in a given filing year (2018 to 2025): each with its Legal Entity Identifier (LEI), name, record count and filing period. A large state returns a very large list, so prefer a county, a metro area or a small state. Data from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and FFIEC, passed through unmodified and served by Eden Engine; not an official CFPB product.
