Returns the current roster of the U.S. House of Representatives from the Clerk's member file: for every seat, the state and district, the member's name, Bioguide id, party, hometown, office and phone and the date sworn in, with vacant seats marked, plus the Congress number, session and the majority and minority parties. About 440 records in one call. Office of the Clerk data, reshaped from XML to JSON and served by Eden Engine; not an official House or Clerk product.
