Lists the configurations and splits of one public Hugging Face dataset as the Dataset Viewer knows them: one entry per (config, split) pair with the dataset id, config name and split name, plus the `pending` and `failed` lists of configurations still being processed or that could not be. Use it to learn the config and split names that `huggingfacedatasetsserver/get-rows` needs. Unknown, private and gated datasets are refused. Each dataset has its own licence, set by its authors on the dataset card and not returned by this tool; huggingfacehub/get-dataset returns it.
