Returns the Hugging Face Hub record of one model repo given its owner and name: downloads over the last 30 days, likes, task (`pipeline_tag`), library, dates, head commit, storage used, safetensors parameter counts, up to 40 tags, the card header (`cardData`: licence, languages, base model, datasets and so on), the file count with the first 30 file names, and the Space count with the first 10 Space ids. Strings, lists and objects are bounded; widget examples, model-index and config are not included. Each repo has its own licence, set by its authors; it appears in `cardData.license` and in the `license:` tag where they set it.
