Returns the catalogue record of one dataset in the Inter-American Development Bank's IDB Open Data catalogue, by its identifier (as listed by IDB Open Data Dataset Identifiers; the id field is the dataset name): title and description in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese, the citation to use, the dataset's own licence (license_id, license_title, license_url), publisher and creator, themes, regional and time coverage, and the list of files with format, size and download link. Metadata only: the data files themselves are not fetched. Only datasets under an open licence are returned (license_id cc-zero, odc-pddl, other-pd, cc-by, cc, odc-by, other-at, uk-ogl, other-open, odc-odbl or cc-by-sa); a dataset under a non-commercial, closed or unspecified licence returns count 0 and an empty results list, exactly like an unknown identifier. Records vary from about 11 KB to over 2 MB. Cite the dataset with its citation field. Data from the Inter-American Development Bank, passed through unmodified and served by Eden Engine; not an official IDB product.
