IDB Open Data Dataset Search and List: Names, Titles, Licences (Inter-American Development Bank)

Searches and lists the open-licensed datasets in the Inter-American Development Bank's IDB Open Data catalogue, a page at a time (limit 1 to 100, an optional offset to skip ahead, an optional q of search words). Each result has the dataset's name (pass it to IDB Open Data Dataset Details as id), its title, license_id, last-modified time and publishing organisation; count is the number of open-licensed matches in all. Only datasets under an open licence are listed (cc-zero, odc-pddl, other-pd, cc-by, cc, odc-by, other-at, uk-ogl, other-open, odc-odbl or cc-by-sa), so datasets under a non-commercial, closed or unspecified licence, and datasets with no licence recorded, never appear. Data from the Inter-American Development Bank, passed through unmodified and served by Eden Engine; not an official IDB product.
