Lists the licences that datasets in the Inter-American Development Bank's IDB Open Data catalogue can carry: each licence's id (the value of a dataset's license_id), title with translations, link to its terms where there is one, and the catalogue's Open Definition and OSD conformance flags. The list includes permissive licences such as Creative Commons Attribution and public-domain dedications, but also non-commercial ones, a closed option and 'License not specified'; the IDB Open Data dataset tools return only datasets under the open ones (cc-zero, odc-pddl, other-pd, cc-by, cc, odc-by, other-at, uk-ogl, other-open, odc-odbl, cc-by-sa). Data from the Inter-American Development Bank, passed through unmodified and served by Eden Engine; not an official IDB product.
