How many people in Brazil carry a given first name, split by decade of birth (before 1930, then each decade up to the 2010 survey), from IBGE's name survey. Give one name or up to five separated by a vertical bar; optionally narrow to one sex or to one state by IBGE code. Counts are people, not babies named in a year. A name IBGE has no record of returns an empty list.
