Fetches the Illinois professional licensing register (IDFPR) row or rows for one exact licence number: licence type, status, holder or business name, issue, effective and expiry dates, city, county and whether the holder was ever disciplined. Returns an empty list for a number that is not in the register. Some historical rows carry no licence number, so they cannot be found this way; use the search tool for them. Illinois Open Data data, ODbL, passed through unmodified and served by Eden Engine; not an official State of Illinois or IDFPR product.
