Describes one ILOSTAT dataset (an SDMX dataflow) by id: its name, a definition of what it measures and how, its last update time, and the default view. The id is DF_ plus the indicator id without its frequency suffix, so UNE_TUNE_SEX_AGE_NB_A becomes DF_UNE_TUNE_SEX_AGE_NB. An unknown id is refused.
