Looks up an ILOSTAT code list and returns each code with its label: countries and areas (ref_area), sex, the first classification such as age bands (classif1), classification types, observation status flags, source databases and subjects. Use it to turn the codes in ilostat/indicator-data into names, or to find the code to filter by. Labels in English, French or Spanish.
