Mexico Municipality Search by Name (INEGI)

Find Mexican municipalities whose name contains a text (at least 3 letters; case does not matter but accents must be typed, so canada finds nothing and cañada does): returns each match with its 5-digit geostatistical code, state code, municipality code, name, seat code, total, female and male population and number of occupied dwellings, as INEGI publishes them, with INEGI's own metadata. Short texts match many names (san returns 621 municipalities, about 120 KB). A text that is in no municipality name arrives as a validation error, not an empty list.
