Returns one INSEE time series by its idbank, the 9 digit identifier of the BDM macroeconomic database shown on insee.fr series pages: the title (French and English), the dataset it belongs to, and every observation with its period, value and status. The whole history is returned (a monthly series since 2003 is about 180 KB); the service ignores any period filter on this route. An idbank INSEE does not hold returns an empty list.
