The taxa directly below one taxon in the Integrated Taxonomic Information System (ITIS), by the parent's TSN: the species of a genus, the genera of a family, the subspecies of a species. For example parent TSN 180541 (the genus Ursus) returns Ursus arctos, Ursus americanus and the other bears. Returns each child's TSN, scientific name and author, validity, rank, kingdom and update date, with the total count, 1 to 50 per page. Names that ITIS treats as invalid synonyms are included; usage says which. A TSN with no children returns an empty docs list. ITIS data, passed through unmodified and served by Eden Engine; not an official ITIS product.
