List the Parameters of an EBI Sequence-Analysis Tool
jdispatcher/tool-parameters
The parameter ids that an EMBL-EBI Job Dispatcher tool accepts (for example ncbiblast answers program, matrix, database, exp, sequence and 18 more; clustalo answers 13). Read-only metadata: no job is submitted. The tool name is lower case (ncbiblast, clustalo, mafft, emboss_needle); an unknown name is refused by the service with a validation error. Use jdispatcher/parameter-details for the allowed values of one parameter. Metadata from the EBI Job Dispatcher REST service (EMBL-EBI), served by Eden Engine; not an official EMBL-EBI product.
Price
$0.0026 per call
