Kansas City MO Open Data: Dataset Rows by SoQL Query

Rows from any tabular dataset on the Kansas City MO Open Data (data.kcmo.org), chosen by its 8-character dataset id (for example ax3m-jhxx, Dangerous Buildings List). Narrow, project, sort and aggregate with SoQL: select, where, order, group, a text search q, limit (1 to 50, default 10) and offset. Values come back as the portal publishes them, mostly strings. A filter that matches nothing returns an empty list; an unknown dataset id is refused as a validation error.
