Price Paid Data by Postcode (HM Land Registry)

Returns recorded property sales for one full UK postcode from HM Land Registry Price Paid Data, newest first (`page_size` 1 to 20, default 10): price paid in GBP, date of transfer, address (house number or name, street, town, district, county, postcode), property type, tenure (freehold or leasehold), whether a new build, and the transaction category. A postcode with no recorded sale returns an empty `items` list. The records describe properties, not owners.
