Irish Weather Buoy Network: Latest Wind, Wave and Sea Temperature at Every Buoy
marineieerddap/weather-buoy-latest
The newest observation from each buoy of the Irish Weather Buoy Network (Marine Institute and Met Eireann, Ireland): one row per buoy that reported inside the window, with buoy name (M2, M3, M5, M6 and so on), UTC time, latitude, longitude, atmospheric pressure (millibars), wind direction (degrees true), wind speed and gust (knots), significant wave height (metres), wave period (seconds), air temperature and sea temperature (degrees C). `withinHours` (1 to 72) is how far back to look: a buoy silent for longer is left out, and a window with no observations at all is refused as invalid. Observations arrive about hourly. Any single measurement can be null when a sensor is down. Only the CC BY 4.0 weather buoy dataset is served. Marine Institute (Ireland) data under CC BY 4.0 as served by Eden Engine; not an official Marine Institute product.
