Massachusetts Tax Parcel Lookup (MassGIS)

Tax parcel records from the MassGIS Property Tax Parcels service (layer 1): map and parcel id (MAP_PAR_ID), the MassGIS parcel id (LOC_ID), polygon type, map number, town id, site, land use codes and parcel area (Shape__Area, in the service's units). Look a parcel up by its parcel id (LOC_ID), such as F_774151_2953777; get LOC_ID values from MassGIS Property Assessments. Parcel records represent property boundaries and are not an authoritative source for them (MassGIS says so). Parcel outlines are not returned. A parcel id that does not exist returns an empty list. MassGIS data, passed through unmodified and served by Eden Engine; not an official MassGIS product.
