Keyword search over the dataset catalog of the Memphis Open Data (data.memphistn.gov): returns up to 10 matching datasets per call with each one's item id, title, snippet, description, tags, publisher, declared licence, record count, field names and last update. Use the id with the dataset-detail tool. Row data is not returned; each record names the feature service that holds it. A search with no match returns an empty list.
