Describes the MeteoSwiss manual precipitation station dataset (a network read once a day by observers and sent in by SMS): the daily, monthly and yearly precipitation and snow resolutions, the recent and historical update tiers, its licence, its bounding box and update times, and the links to the station, parameter and data-inventory metadata files. It is the dataset record, not the measurements: the per-station measurement files are separate CSV downloads. MeteoSwiss open data (CC BY 4.0), served by Eden Engine; not an official MeteoSwiss product.
