Counts of crime incidents in Montgomery County, Maryland since a start date, grouped by offence group (the dataset's `crimename2`, for example Simple Assault, Shoplifting, Theft From Motor Vehicle), largest first, up to 200 groups. Give the start date as YYYY-MM-DD (2000-01-01 or later); optionally narrow to one police district. Each row is { crimename2, incidents } with the count as a string. An empty list means no incident in range. Public domain data from the Montgomery County open data portal, aggregated by the portal and served by Eden Engine; not an official Montgomery County product.
