Canada City Weather Files in an Hour Folder (MSC Datamart)

Lists the city weather page files published in one UTC hour folder for a Canadian province or territory on a given date, grouped by site code (for example s0000430 for Ottawa Kanata - Orleans) with the English and French file name and size of each. Step two of finding a city's forecast: pass the file name to citypage-forecast. Use citypage-hours to see which hours exist. The server keeps about the last thirty days. An hour or province the server does not have returns an error. Environment and Climate Change Canada data, served by Eden Engine; not an official Environment and Climate Change Canada product.
