Lists the UTC hour folders (00 to 23) that hold city weather page files for one Canadian province or territory on one UTC date in the Meteorological Service of Canada Datamart, each with the time it was last updated. Step one of finding a city's forecast file: pick the date and province, read the hours, then list an hour with citypage-files. The server keeps about the last thirty days.
