Results of the National Assessment of Educational Progress (the Nation's Report Card) for a subject, grade and scale: the mean score by default, or another statistic such as the percent at or above Proficient, for all students or one student group, for one to five jurisdictions (the nation, a state or a participating district) and one to three assessment years. Each data point echoes its year, jurisdiction and student group and carries the statistic in `value`. The service times out on large queries, so keep each call small. A combination NAEP never assessed (for example a single state at grade 12, or a year not assessed for that subject) is refused with an HTTP 400 and arrives as a validation error. Data from the National Center for Education Statistics, passed through unmodified and served by Eden Engine; not an official NCES or U.S. Department of Education product.
