Nantes Métropole Open Data Rows: Read Records of a Dataset

Reads rows from one dataset on the Nantes Métropole open data portal by its dataset id, with an optional ODSQL filter and sort, a row limit up to 50 and an offset for paging. Returns the matching row count and the rows with the dataset's own columns. Datasets can contain personal data; you are responsible for how you use what you retrieve. Data of Nantes Métropole, each dataset under its own licence, served by Eden Engine; not an official Nantes Métropole product.
