Official Lari (GEL) Rates on a Date (National Bank of Georgia)

The official exchange rates of the Georgian lari (GEL) set by the National Bank of Georgia, for a calendar day: the latest rates set on or before that date, so a weekend or holiday returns the previous working day's rates and a date after the latest published day returns the latest day (read the date in the answer). Optionally for one currency only. Each day found has its date and a list of records with the currency code and English name, the quantity of foreign currency the rate is quoted for (1, 10, 100, 1000 or 10000), the rate in lari for that quantity, the signed change from the previous rate, the time the rate was set and the day it is valid from. Divide the rate by the quantity for the lari price of one unit. Older dates hold fewer currencies (3 January 2000 holds only USD). A date before the series, or an unknown currency code, returns an empty list. Passed through unmodified and served by Eden Engine; not an official National Bank of Georgia product.
