Returns the official exchange rates of the National Bank of Kazakhstan for one date given as DD.MM.YYYY: one record per currency with its Russian name, the rate in tenge, the units the rate is quoted for and the movement against the previous published day. A date with no published rates returns an empty list with the bank's message; an unreadable date fails the run. Served by Eden Engine; not an official National Bank of Kazakhstan product.
