North Carolina Parcel by Parcel Number

Looks up North Carolina parcels by parcel number (the `parno` field of the NC OneMap parcel layer) and returns the owner name, site address, parcel, land and improvement values, GIS acres, use description and last sale date text. Parcel numbers are assigned by each county, so the same number can occur in more than one county; read cntyname on every row. Up to 10 rows. NC OneMap data, passed through unmodified and served by Omnial; not an official NC OneMap product.
