One NEAR transaction by hash and signer account: signer, receiver, actions, whether it succeeded, tokens burnt (exact yoctoNEAR string) and gas burnt, the final execution status and the receipt count. Only about the last 18 hours are held; an older transaction, an unknown one or one named with the wrong signer gets no quick refusal: the node waits and the call ends in a PROVIDER_TIMEOUT after about 20 seconds. Read from public NEAR RPC nodes that offer no SLA and can be slow or throttled; the public nodes keep only the last 18 hours or so of history and are all run by one operator. Served by Eden Engine; not an official product of NEAR or FastNEAR.
